Homebound Medical Transportation provides transportation to seniors for medical or entitlement appointments. The Department will arrange transportation through a volunteer driver to medical appointments or special entitlement agencies (i.e. Social Security) for persons needing the service. Our dedicated volunteers will transport to appointments throughout Greene County, as well as to neighboring counties.

Lending library of books on cancer and other health- and wellness-related topics.6. Community of staff, patients, and caregivers who can relate to what you're going through.7. 1:1 Peer Mentor program that matches clients to someone who has had a similar experience for support.8. Eligible commuters include those who travel by: TCAT/bus, carpool/rideshare, bicycle, walking, or any other non-single occupancy driver travel! WHEN SHOULD YOU USE EMERGENCY RIDE HOMEGO ERH is there for those times when unforeseeable situations arise. Examples of when to use GO ERH include: Emergency at home such as fire, flood, or pet emergency You are required to work unscheduled overtime Urgent issue at a child's school or daycare requires you to be there Your planned bus does not arrive, and there is not an alternate bus you can take Your carpool vehicle breaks down, or any of the above mean than your carpool driver cannot bring you home You or a family member becomes sickWHEN NOT TO USE EMERGENCY RIDE HOME.ERH is not applicable to all situations.
