Provides assistance with basic needs for individuals or families who have emergency need. Services provided, as resources permit, include emergency rent payment assistance, clothing, utility assistance on a limited basis (excluding water/sewer bills), and personal hygiene items (shampoo, toothpaste, sanitary items, diapers).

Offers food vouchers from the Utica office, and a food pantry for individuals and families in the Rome area. Assists with prescription dug assistance for up to a month supply, depending on fund availability to Madison County residents.

Diapers of all sizes for children and adults. Wet wipes. Bed pads. Feminine Products. Some miscellaneous baby items may be available (e.g. bottles, blankets, clothing, toys, storybooks)

* Provides children's clothing from newborn to size 14. * Accepts donations of children's clothing.

Offers maternity clothes, baby furniture and clothing, and other supplies for purchase. Current clients earn rewards based on program attendence to be used towards purchases.

* Provides gently used and new unisex clothing and shoes at minimal price.

Assists individuals and families once every month by providing enough food for 3 days. (Special circumstances warrant more frequent aid.) There is also assistance in applying for Food Stamps, WIC, or other benefits, if eligible. Hygiene items, diapers, baby food, and formula are available either directly or through referral through the Pantry Plus program, based on availability.

* Offers diapers, baby cereal, food, formula, diapers, toiletries, and clothing up to size 5, other used items such as bedding for cribs, car seats, swings and pack-n-plays.

* Provides Penfield area residents with limited financial assistance, walk through food pantry, children's clothing, diapers, household items, furniture.

Offers individuals and families struggling to meet their basic needs assistance, which includes a listening ear, referrals to existing programs and services, and, when needed, material goods and financial assistance.Cooling Centers

Promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and career development tools.

* Offers support services to families who are pregnant or have children. Client Advocate support post-abortion recovery/healing. Referrals. Pregnancy tests. Educational classes, parenting classes. Baby clothes, maternity clothing, diapers and formula.

* Supplies food for 3 days to the community. Please bring your own bag or box with you. * Provides coats in the winter months.

May have Human Development funds for special needs/assistance. Offers diapers/infant formula when available.

Provides a food pantry and assists with food and other emergencies such as utilities, fuel, and shelter. Also works with families in the area of family development, including budgeting as well as job skills and job search assistance.

Anyone in need of a winter coat may stop by the offices Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm throughout the month of November to pick out a coat.Accepts coat donations October 4th - November 4th
