Works to promote infant survival for the first year of life by encouraging and supporting safe sleep practices in every home. The project has resources available including informational items and pack and plays for families who are in need of a safe sleep environment. The Project also provides community training and education as requested.

Provides comprehensive services in a child-friendly setting for children who are traumatized by sexual abuse and physical abuse. Incorporates Erie County's Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), which has representation from professionals in the fields of law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, medicine, mental health, and victim advocacy.

The Capital Region Furniture Bank (CRFB) is a unique local partnership that brings together multiple human service agencies, including HATAS, to work collaboratively on helping our community. Individuals and families are referred to CRFB by community partners and the referred consumer then shops the CRFB warehouse for the basic furnishings they need.

Neighbor to Neighbor (formerly Love Knows No Bounds) is a volunteer-run non-profit that collects and delivers good quality donated beds and furniture, and performs critical home repairs.Our furniture redistribution, repair programs, and special one-day projects serve low-income residents of Tompkins County. Both programs are run entirely through assistance from volunteers in our community.Due to the long waiting list for furniture, only agencies can make referrals for furniture. Assistance based on need and includes rent, security deposit, mortgage, utilities (such as gas, electric, heating, water, and sewer), auto insurance and repairs, personal hygiene items, diapers and wipes, furniture, as well as gasoline and bus passes for employment-related services. * Provides information and referrals to the appropriate resources or agencies. * Provides personal financial counseling.

Offers maternity clothes, baby furniture and clothing, and other supplies for purchase. Current clients earn rewards based on program attendence to be used towards purchases.

* Provides Penfield area residents with limited financial assistance, walk through food pantry, children's clothing, diapers, household items, furniture.

Furniture and other small household items are available with a voucher to those eligible (200% of poverty or less residing in the school districts of Sayre, PA; Athens, PA; or Waverly, NY). Call the Clearinghouse to determine eligibility. Donations of good used furniture, especially beds, mattresses, tables, chairs, and dressers.

Christian organization serving pregnant women, single women with young children, single fathers, grandparents, and low-income families with help including: preparation for a newborn including diapers, wipes, bottles, baby food, clothes, furniture and other nursery items families need help obtaining support system for parents of young children: educational materials, and children's clothes. referrals and networking to community services, and help with major life transitionsWe, also, have hygiene products for anyone in need. Our Period Pantry is new and has tampons or pads for any woman.Donations always accepted; supplies for infants, toddlers and small children in high demand.

Provides household items including working appliances and clothing for sale at low prices. Accepts clothing and household item/appliance donations in good, working condition. Offers free household items for fire victims.

Offers a variety of living arrangements such as community residences, apartment programs, supported housing programs for individuals with mental health disorders, depending on needs. Community residencies include individualized goals, medication management, life skills training, and supportive staff visits vary between each type of residential unit.
