The Capital Region Furniture Bank (CRFB) is a unique local partnership that brings together multiple human service agencies, including HATAS, to work collaboratively on helping our community. Individuals and families are referred to CRFB by community partners and the referred consumer then shops the CRFB warehouse for the basic furnishings they need.
Neighbor to Neighbor (formerly Love Knows No Bounds) is a volunteer-run non-profit that collects and delivers good quality donated beds and furniture, and performs critical home repairs.Our furniture redistribution, repair programs, and special one-day projects serve low-income residents of Tompkins County. Both programs are run entirely through assistance from volunteers in our community.Due to the long waiting list for furniture, only agencies can make referrals for furniture. Agencies need to email [email protected] you'd like to talk to someone about a repair project, email [email protected]. When funds are available N2N also offers a roof repair program for qualified low-income home owners. Email [email protected] to speak to someone about this program.

  • Home visits to families to educate on safe sleep environment.
  • Shaken baby reduction methods.
  • Provides pack and play for infant up to one year old who does not have a safe sleep space.
