Provides Family Care and Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA) for developmentally disabled persons ages 18 and older who are HCBW eligible. Intermediate Care Facility is available for those who are Medicaid eligible. Transportation is available for all. Supportive apartments are also available, with limited transportation. Provides respite care allowing families of developmentally disabled persons to take a break from the daily routine of care-giving duties. Currently, two locations in a certified home can offer respite for as little as one day or for a few weeks. Reservations are encouraged; however, emergency accommodations are available. Provides At-Home Residential Habilitation service that assists individuals in improving the skills necessary to live in the community while living at home. Qualified staff work one-on-one with individuals to help them learn socialization, recreation, daily living, and mobility skills.

Assisted Living Facility and retirement home (57 residents). Residents are provided three meals per day, along with housekeeping, maintenance, activities, transportation, and physician services one day per week. Medication supervision, personal care, supervision, and assistance provided. Weekly religious service and pastoral care (in-house) offered. Beauty/barber shop (in-house), shopping services, and podiatry services on site. Additional charges for suites.
Residential and home services to adults and children with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness, including respite services, supervised congregate care, and family care. Transportation is available for Family Care and IRA. Supportive Apartments are available to those individuals with developmental disabilities ages 18+.
