* Provides assisted living memory care in 3 homes each housing 14 elders. Enhanced care is offered in a fourth home for persons living with advanced dementia and needing assistance with all aspects of daily life. Each residence is secure and elders are able to enjoy time outdoors in the secure courtyard.
* Administer special needs residences that are designed for developmentally disabled individuals with medical needs. Residences feature:
  • Many activities locally and regionally, including regular shopping trips for home and personal items, wellness and aquatic programs, trips to the theater, sporting events, dining, and much more. Family participation in daily activities and special events is welcome.
  • Day program options - Sitrin collaborates with day program providers in the area to provide residents with the most appropriate program choices. Integration with the general community is encouraged.
  • Special needs residences are staffed with highly skilled professional caregivers who treat loved one's like family. Each house has a registered nurse and coordinator overseeing each resident's care plan and program. Each house receives weekly visits by:
    • Physician
    • Dietician
    • Occupational therapist
    • Physical therapist
    • Speech language pathologist
    • Behavior specialist
