The Newburgh Housing Authority is comprised of two different sites for low income families and seniors over 62. Mullins Courtyard Apartments is a family development located at 40 Walsh Road in Newburgh, NY, consisting of 70 townhouse-style units with from one to four bedrooms. Fogarty Apartments is a five-story mid-rise elevator building located at 162 Johnston Street in Newburgh, NY, consisting of 65 apartments.

The New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program provides rental assistance and home ownership option to extremely low, very low and low income households in New York State.
