Enables families having a person with disabilities to lease affordable private housing of their choice. Assists families whose lack of adequate housing is a primary reason for the imminent placement of the family's child(ren) in out-of-home care, or in a delay in the discharge of the child(ren) to the family from out-of-home care. Assists PHAs with relocation or replacement housing needs that result from the demolition, disposition, or mandatory conversion of public housing unit.
