* Provides HUD Section 8 rental payment assistance and home ownership options to low income households in New York State. Rental assistance for homeless veterans with case management and clinical services provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Enables families having a person with disabilities to lease affordable private housing of their choice. Assists families whose lack of adequate housing is a primary reason for the imminent placement of the family's child(ren) in out-of-home care, or in a delay in the discharge of the child(ren) to the family from out-of-home care. Assists PHAs with relocation or replacement housing needs that result from the demolition, disposition, or mandatory conversion of public housing unit.

Offers a comprehensive support system to military personnel and their families make station moves as smoothly as possible and to minimize the stress of relocation by offering information, skills and resources that will simplify the moving process.

Provides housing assistance in various ways, such as landlord and tenant mediation, eviction prevention, and relocation. In addition, maintain and update apartment listings in Westchester County.
