Where requested, the center provides detailed plans and written advice, as well as information concerning funding sources and availability. SAIL provides information, advice, and assistance to individuals with disabilities and family members concerning and/or retaining housing, including accessible and affordable housing. When necessary, assistance is provided for completing housing applications and communicating with landlords. Information is also provided concerning tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities.

Provides residential options and one-to-one support to focus on increasing independence in practical skills such as cooking, shopping, banking, an environment focused on task-oriented activities and social skill building, direct technical assistance to individuals with challenging behaviors, counseling to participant or family members to assist with issues related to community integration, adaptations to residences to promote independence and to ensure safety.

Repairs and rehabilitates homes of low income, elderly, families with children and displaced or disabled homeowners by providing free repair services. Also builds wheelchair ramps when needed.

This service provides internal and external physical adaptations to the home or other eligible residences of the enrolled child which per the child's plan of care (POC) is identified as necessary to support the health, welfare, and safety of the child or that enable the child to function with greater independence in the home and without which the child would require institutional and/or more restrictive living setting.

Offers the services of a certified aging-in-place specialist to assist with an evaluation of the individuals's living situation, recommendation of medical equipment and mobility products and provides information on assisted living and senior care services.

Provides safety and comfort measures for low to moderate income disabled homeowners or those living with a disabled family member. Offers an array of home accessibility improvements which include installation of ramps, lifts and handrails, expanded doorways and more.

Offers reimbursement for respite services up to $10.00 per hour at 100 hours per year. Also includes environmental modifications. For all age developmentally disabled persons living at home.
