* Provides one-time emergency needs of migrant and seasonal farmworkers who may not be eligible for other emergency services. Services include: Nutritional assistance, emergency shelter, first month rental assistance, rent in arrears assistance, mortgage assistance and utilities in arrears assistance.

Our mission is to aggressively advocate and provide a full range of appropriate services for homeless families and dependents. NANA'S House provides temporary housing, intensive services, and education, as well as ongoing case management and social work. We also provide toys during the holidays for ALL children in our community who would otherwise have nothing under the tree on Christmas morning.
Provides extensive case management services for adults and families who are dealing with such issues as substance abuse, homelessness, mental health and criminal justice. Provides access to and care management for adults and families in the Health Home system.

Provides emergency shelter for 30 homeless single men and women over the age of 18 with shelter, individualized case management, goal planning, and the opportunity to become self sufficient.
Provides a co-ed emergency shelter for homeless young adults ages 18 to 24 years, for up to two to four weeks. Provides the opportunity to become enrolled in their long-term transitional housing apartments.
Emergency housing includes a 21-day stay for homeless women and 48 permanent supportive housing units. Case management and supportive services are provided to all residents.

St. Paul's Center is a 19-bed homeless shelter for mothers with children. Shelter and client advocacy is provided for each mother who is a resident at St. Paul's Center.
Emergency housing for homeless unaccompanied males (18+ yrs). Individuals in shelter are provided with meals, and support services.
Prevention of homelessness by providing help to secure temporary and permanent housing including immediate shelter in emergency situations. Homeless individuals and families must contact their local police department for shelter after DCFS business hours.
Offers shelter residence in Blue Point to homeless females ages 16-24 who are parenting and their children. Counseling and referral service for youth and families in crisis. Agency provides on-site child care.

Provides emergency shelter and housing for homeless men. Individuals must be referred by the Suffolk County Department of Social Services.
Offers diagnostic and emergency placement for sibling groups removed from their homes or in the process of placement transition. The program can accommodate 12 children and offers a 24 hour professionally supervised environment. The program provides crisis and preventive respite services for youth and their siblings. Referrals must come from Nassau or Suffolk County Departments of Social Services as well as the Mental Health Crisis Respite Bed System.
