Resource specialists assist guests with connecting to coordinated entry assessments, Single Point of Access assessments, homeless services, benefits/entitlement referrals, and linkage to behavioral health services. Open 365 nights a year. Provides direct housing search assistance, advocacy, financial assistance, case management, and job skills training. Offers bus tokens to homeless individuals for transportation to Department of Social Services.

They are provided with supportive services and referrals to community services for housing, employment, addiction, mental health, benefits, health and other services. The Living Room provides a safe haven during the day, with needed facilities for the homeless.

Accepts donations of new or gently-used seasonal clothing items.

Drop-in center for homeless vets. Provides linkage with VA services and assistance with finding housing. Works with homeless and at-risk veterans to help them overcome the barriers that may prevent them from receiving or benefiting from health services. Veterans have access to a shower in the Drop-in Center. Also offers outreach to homeless veterans in shelters, soup kitchens, and on the streets. Outreach workers help establish eligibility for VA medical service and pension, develop appropriate treatment plans, and screen for community placement. Homeless veterans eligible for VA Healthcare may call for availability and screening for VA funded emergency shelter, transitional housing, and HUD section 8 voucher program. Primary care clinic available on Tuesday mornings by appointment. ##Veteran##

Provides advocacy, assistance, and role modeling for high risk homeless youth with a mental health diagnosis ages 18 to 24 years. Program options include case management, housing placement, employment assistance, and emergency basic needs.

Provides a daily meal, shelter, showers and laundry, and case management services to homeless and chronically homeless individuals. Offers communication tools such as mailboxes, telephone, and copier as well as storage lockers. Offers a 10-bed permanent supportive housing program to eligible chronically homeless individuals.
