Provides 6 dining and activity centers for Oswego County residents.

Provides a daily lunch that are either to-go or sit down. Masks are required and limited to 3 people per table.

Services include a nutritious noon meal along with fellowship, social activities, nutrition education and individual nutrition education.

Medical equipment loans. Canes, commodes, bath chairs, raised toilet seats, crutches, walkers,wheelchairs. Wheelchairs may be borrowed for up to two months. Hot nutritious meals are available weekdays at Columbia County's Senior Community Centers. Each Center has regularly planned recreational, educational, and health related activities. Seniors and their spouses and disabled children are welcomed.
* Provides fitness classes, recreation programs, wellness amenities, special events for all ages. This includes: Daily nutrition program for seniors 60 years and older. Wellness seminars and social activities for older adults.* Offers senior care services including transportation coordination to medical appointments, case management, support services and arranging with Medical Motors to bring seniors to The Center for daily activities and lunch.

Provides nutritious meals, reservations are needed by noon the day before. A contribution of $4.00 is requested for people age 60+ and spouse of any age. Those under age 60 are charged $5.00 per meal. No one age 60+ will be denied a meal due to an inability or unwillingness to contribute. Center provides various social activities including exercise groups, cards, games, crafts, trips and other special events.
