Ensures that individuals diagnosed with AIDS/HIV and their children have access to nutritional foods, and promote healthy eating habits, thus increasing their ability to manage their disease, and the medical complication as a result of treatment.
Provides congregate meals and home delivered meals for seniors 60+ years. Social, cultural, educational and recreational activities also offered. Funded through Suffolk County Office for the Aging and Southampton Town.

Delivers frozen meals weekly to those who are unable to prepare meals, have difficulty shopping for food and have no one available to assist them while they are incapacitated or recuperating from an illness or accident. Eligible seniors can receive a total of 5 meals weekly from the Congregate Nutrition Program, the Home Delivered Meal Program or a combination of the two. A voluntary contribution of $2.00 per meal is suggested. Meals will not be denied if no donation can be made. Please call for information.

Office for the Aging has congregate meals which are available to adults age 60 and older as well as their spouses of any age, without regard to income, up to five days a week. They also have a Meals on Wheels program which delivers meals to home bound older residents in the community.
Congregate Meals – Nutritious lunch is available to eligible Town of Islip Senior Citizens at our six nutrition centers, Monday through Friday. Reservations must be made in advance. Transportation may be available. Please call for information.

Food outreach service who provides food delivery to those individuals unable to access local food pantries due to chronic illness, disability or other circumstances *PLEASE NOTE: A case manager from Social Services or other professional will need to authorize the request for food delivery.
Provides warm meals, delivered meals, food boxes, and nutrition information for qualifying residents, 60 years and older, living in Moriches, Center Moriches, East Moriches, Manorville, Wading River, Calverton, Yaphank and parts of Mastic.
Serves morning snacks and lunches at church as well as homebound meals to Seniors. Provides transportation to those interested in the program, visits from a Senior Advocate, recreational activities, trips, bible study and guest speakers. A Sponsor organization for SNAP through the Suffolk County Department for the Aging.
This exercise program is designed to help women regain flexibility, stamina and strength following breast or gynecological surgery and/or cancer treatment.
