Provides food to Southold families in need. Food donated by individuals, organizations, local farm stands, Long Island Cares and Island Harvest are collected and distributed at the main office. Also offers winter, spring and summer breakfast and lunch foods for school aged children during school recesses and summer vacation.

Perishable and non-perishable food is purchased/donated from large and small commercial food donors including retail locations, distributors, and wholesalers, as well as from food drives done by community groups, schools, and businesses. This food is then distributed to over 450 community-based member agencies throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. These agencies include food pantries, soup kitchens, and other nonprofit organizations with feeding programs.

When funding is available, provides rent and utility assistance in emergency situations under specific circumstances; clients should reach out and share their circumstances to learn whether they'd be eligible.

- Visits from Oak Orchard Health's mobile health unit, which provides lab services and a nurse practitioner
