Offers aid to families in crisis through the provision of a food pantry, food vouchers, personal care items, utility and rent payment assistance, transportation coordination, economic self sufficiency program, and referrals to other agencies. Provides opportunities to increase children's educational chances for success in school by providing school readiness learning and helping to find and obtain quality child care. Also provides on the job training, teenage pregnancy prevention education, and energy and weatherization home assistance.

Emergency supply of food every other Saturday by appointment only.

As a Parish Outreach Center, provides a variety of concrete emergency services, such as food, clothing, limited financial aid or holiday assistance, to community members living within parish boundaries. Advocacy work such as Meals on Wheels is also available. Check with parish coordinator for details.

Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church provides a few days emergency supply of food to people in need. People may only receive food once every 30 days.
