Regular appointments available during tax season January 22nd - April 14th, 2025: Monday & Wednesday, 4pm-7:30pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm. Post-season appointments will be available for late filing, amended returns, and other issues from May through September, 2025 on the last Monday of each month; booking available after April 8th. Clients should arrive 15-20 minutes early on the day of their appointment.

If the client provides an email address when booking their appointment, they will be emailed the new intake form for 2025, which must be completed before the tax return can be started. If the client does not provide an email address, they can pick up the form from the Northwest Buffalo Community Center or fill it out at the time of their appointment. Instructions for clients: 1. Arrive 15-20 minutes early on the day of your appointment. 2. Enter the building from the doors in the rear of the building (the door with the ramp) 3. Bring your own pen. 4. Persons other than the taxpayer(s) will not be permitted in the building with you. Please leave children and other relatives at home. Please bring the following to your appointment: - Social Security cards for you, your spouse, and/or dependents - Proof of identification for yourself and/or your spouse (driver's license) - A copy of last year's tax return if you have it (very important but not essential) - Bank account information for the direct deposit of your refund (routing and account number) - Copy of IRS Identity Theft PIN Letter, if you received one - Copies of any letters/notices from the IRS or NY State Bring the following as they apply: - ALL Wage Statements (W-2) from your employer - if not received, you must contact the employer - Information for all other income (ex: Self-employment / Lyft / Uber / Translation) - Information for all deductions/credits - Total paid to a day care provider and their tax ID number - Forms 1095-A, B or C (Health care /ACA Statements) - ANY FORMS 1099
