Supports persons with mental health disabilities in the process of taking control of their lives and learning to be self-sufficient. Services include helping clients with financial matters, obtaining medical care, legal services, relationships, housing choices, using public transportation, choosing day programs, etc.. Provides support and services to persons with psychiatric disabilities who reside in Sayville and the surrounding communities. Services offered include: supportive and intensive case management, adult home initiative and drop-in programs.
