Offers education and advocacy to help parents better understand their children's disabilities and educational needs, how to better communicate with school and related professionals, how to understand their rights and responsibilities under IDEA, and how to obtain appropriate services for their children.

Services include Americans with Disabilities Act consultations and architectural assessment, Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, Supported Employment, Benefits Planning and Advice, Information and Referral, Peer Support both one-on-one and in groups, Individual Advocacy and Systems Advocacy, Community-Based Activities, Educational Advocacy, Family Engagement Events, and Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.
