Parents can request referrals by fax, email, online form, telephone or online database at www.childdevelopmentcouncil.org. Requestors receive a referral packet along with tips on interviewing and selecting a quality program. offers training in several formats to help regulated child care providers meet the bi-annual, 30 hours of required training . offers an Emergency Child Care Scholarship that provides short-term assistance with child care expenses.
