EXPANDED IN-HOME SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY PROGRAM (EISEP) | ALBANY COUNTY DEPARTMENT FOR AGING

Provides assistance to help older adults remain in their homes. Case managers coordinate services, which can include aide service for light housekeeping and personal care, a personal emergency response system, and respite.
