Walk in on Tuesday and Thursday at 8am or call intake worker on duty to make appointment then bring your insurance card and a photo idea with you to the appointment. A staff member will ask about reasons for the referral and get some basic information. Appointments are generally offered within ten working days. Crisis walk-ins are accepted during open office hours.
Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and most private insurance accepted, including Community Blue, Blue Choice, Value Options, and others. Most mental health insurance plans cover 50% of the cost of care.

Description
Provides therapy and psychiatric care for adults and children. Services include mental health assessment, individual counseling/therapy, family (collateral) involvement, psychiatric consultation, psychiatric medication services and monitoring, co-occurring disorders treatment, and child and youth services for ages 4-17, addressing problems such as depression, anxiety, attention deficits, and other behavioral issues. Clinic serves the full range of psychiatric diagnostic problems including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality and adjustment disorders. Counseling is also offered at the following School Satellites: Letchworth and Perry Central Schools.
