Assists people who are facing legal issues due to alcohol or drug abuse by providing them with treatment options and case management services. Individuals are sentenced to this program by a local court as an alternative to incarceration.

WATERTOWN URBAN MISSION
Provides services to individuals and families in need, in and around Jefferson County. Services include Meals on Wheels, a food pantry, drop-in center, several housing assistance programs, critical support for circumstantial hardships, the Bridge Program, and the Getting Ahead workshop as well as the CARE Center. Assists individuals in need of vehicles to obtain employment. Also operates the Impossible Dream Thrift Store.
