Housing Rehabilitation & Home Repair Programs: Address health and safety issues in qualifying owner-occupied homes to bring the units up to Housing Quality Standards, including, but not limited to lead hazard reduction, structural corrections, thermal upgrading, mechanical systems, and other health and safety issues. Mobile Home Replacement Initiative: Provides the opportunity to have older, inefficient manufactured/mobile homes replaced with new Energy Star rated, single-wide units.
