A not-for-profit, no-kill shelter that operates a low cost spay/neuter clinic, and has established a fund to prevent cruelty to animals, and takes in mistreated, abused, and abandoned animals. Today, it is the only humane society in Westchester County empowered to enforce laws relating to animal cruelty.
