WOMEN'S ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT CENTER (WEDC)

A microenterprise development program providing women and men with the business training, resources and networking opportunities needed to establish and expand small businesses and achieve economic self-sufficiency. WEDC is the United States Small Business Administrations' designated womens business center for the Lower Hudson Valley and the New York Empire State Development Entrepreneurial Assistance Program Center for Westchester County. WEDC's Micro Loan Program provides loans of $500 up to $50,000 to start-up and exisiting enterpreneurs. Programs and services are offered in English and Spanish.
