Provides grants to 501(c)3 organizations with the following types of programs, Arts-In-Education: programs integrated into school curriculum; Agricultural and Environmental Programs: programs that promote safe and sustainable environments, agricultural programs that support the preservation of individually owned farms and citizen organizations promoting equitable food production and distribution and Community Education Programs: programs that identify community needs and mobilize resources to meet them, fostering social and economic justice.
