PATHWAYS - SUPERVISED PROGRAM | TRANSITIONAL SERVICES OF NEW YORK FOR LONG ISLAND

Provides supervised living programs for 32 residents on the grounds of Pilgrim Psychiatric Center and 44 residents in four houses in the community. Vocational training, volunteer placement, employment, day treatment or continuing education are encouraged. Emphasis is on ADL and enhancing socialization skills. Specialized programs are also available for MICA, and low motivated residents.

Long Island residents ages 18+ with psychiatric disorders, alcohol or substance abuse. Referrals processed through the Single Point of Access (SPA).
