Early Intervention Program - Niagara County Department of Health

Designed to assist families with children 0-2 years old who have a diagnosed condition and/or developmental delay. Provides evaluation(s) in child's area of need, therapeutic services, service coordination, and assistance with transition to other programs and/or services at no cost to families. In-home services may include: - Audiology - Behavior Management - Case Management, Service Coordination - Counseling - Developmental Disabilities Screening - Early Intervention - Education - Feeding, Swallowing - Forms Preparation Assistance - Health Services, Treatment - Infant Stimulation - Information & Referral - Linkage - Loan Closet - Nursing Services - Nutrition - Occupational Therapy - Physical Therapy - Play Therapy - Respite Care - Seating, Positioning - Social Skills Training - Social Work - Speech, Language, Hearing
