* Provides short-term crisis intervention services to help reduce emergency admissions through early crisis intervention, as an alternative to calling the police or driving to a psychiatric emergency room when an individual is in crisis. Services provided by the Team will include: Crisis triage and assessment, stabilization and referral linkage. Travel to homes, schools, work-sites and other locations in Nassau County.
