OUTPATIENT CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY CLINIC | HOPE FOR YOUTH
Provides outpatient clinical services for youth and their families under the license of the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). Services include individual, group and family counseling for youth struggling with substance abuse or who come from a family system impacted by substance abuse. There are groups specifically for relapse prevention, anger management, sex eduction and parenting skills. The clinic also offers a Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Program, an evidenced based family approach to the treatment of adolescent substance abuse and mental health behavioral problems. This program includes individual sessions, parent sessions, and family sessions on a weekly basis.Licensed by The New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS).

PINS Diversion Clinical Services), and the Family Service Center (outpatient chemical dependency for youth substance abuse clinic) Referrals accepted from Department of Social Services and Department of Probation for both Nassau and Suffolk County, Family Courts, and Mental Health Crisis Respite Bed System.
