Provides counseling services and advocacy on all issues pertaining to veterans and their dependents, including property tax exemption, educational opportunities, rehabilitation benefits from the Veteran's Administration, assistance with civil service employment, upgrading, discharges, burial benefits, disability compensations, pensions, medical, and assists veterans in obtaining New York State benefits.
