CHILD PASSENGER SAFETY PROGRAM - BCHD | BROOME COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Income-eligible Broome County families may qualify for the free child safety seat distribution and education program if parent/caregiver receives WIC or Medicaid. Eligible participants must watch an educational online video and complete a short survey prior to receiving their seat. Clients must also participate in an instructional hand-on appointment with a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and demonstrate the proper use of their seat before leaving.

Application process
