School- Based Health Centers are located in Appleby Elementary School (Marathon), Marathon Jr/Sr High School, DeRuyter Central School, and the Cincinnatus Central School. In addition, to the four School-Based Health Centers, Family Health Network also provides dental services to students attending those four schools, as well as, Moravia Elementary, McGraw Elementary, and Randall Schools in Cortland.

FHN proudly accepts all insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. FHN has a sliding fee scale system in place to determine eligibility for patient discounts adjusted on the basis of the patient's ability to pay and family size. FHN employs a Certified Applications Counselor who will assist any individual with insurance enrollment.

Family Health Network of Central New York, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and licensed Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center established in 1972. As a federally funded community health center, Family Health Network serves Cortland County, Cayuga County, Madison County, and contiguous areas (Tompkins, Chenango, Broome, and Tioga).Organizationally, Family Health Network has (5) freestanding medical centers, one (1) of which includes dental services, plus an additional four (4) school-based health centers. Family Health Network provides comprehensive primary medical care and dental care services directly and by referral.Services offered by Family Health Network include family practice/general practice dentistry, occupational health services, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, behavioral health, 340B pharmacy services, care coordniation, medical mobile services and insurance enrollment. Family Health Network's five Health Centers are located in Cortland, Cincinnatus, Marathon and Moravia. The dental clinic is located in Moravia.
