Provides in home services for Nassau County caregivers who are caring for older family member at home. Offers a regular weekly visit to relieve caregivers so that they can enjoy regular time off. Provides the older adult with a friend who will engage, stimulate and ensure a safe environment. Free nurses' assessment, affordable sliding scale hourly fee, and ongoing professional support and referral.
