Helps individuals with developmental disabilities or other barriers to independence develop appropriate, long-term vocational goals through: ACE (Assisted Competitive Employment)Program participants 18 years or older with a mental health diagnosis, receive vocational rehabilitation and mental health supports to obtain and sustain integrated competitive employment. Through group and individual activities including: goal setting, career exploration and volunteer experiences, we help participants improve their self-confidence, stamina, skills and dependability in a supportive environment.Transitional Employment Placement (TEP)Program participants 18 years or older with a mental health diagnosis explore a variety of employment opportunities through short-term placements and volunteering to strengthen skills with the goal of achieving assisted or unassisted competitive employment in the field of their choice.
