North Country Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides high-quality, affordable healthcare to adults, adolescents, children and infants. Provides food vouchers, assists with WIC and insurance enrollment. Assists high-risk pregnant women, parenting women, and individuals who are unstably housed.
