SYRACUSE COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS (SCC)
Provides a number of services for residents of Syracuse and Onondaga County. The Southwest Community Center hosts public meetings for people and organizations from all sectors of our community. SCC provides residents of our community with educational, financial services, family support and recreational programming. SCC also provides a number of public health initiatives through; Family Planning Services, with its two clinic sites, as well as our FACES program that promotes safe sexual health and HIV/AIDS intervention/prevention services. Provides diapers to mother in need.
