BETHUNE SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM | JOSEPH'S HOUSE & SHELTER
Offers site-based supportive housing for chronically homeless adults with a disability. Provides support to formerly homeless families with children when the head of the household has a disability. On-site services include care management, advocacy, life skills and daily skills training, and other supportive services are offered to assist tenants achieve and maintain independence.
