Description

* Pairs expecting or parenting young women with a Community Health Worker and therapist for information and support through their pregnancy and first three years of the child's life. All services are home-based or can be held in/at Mt. Hope Family Center or another community location.

Mount Hope Family Center provides treatment to children and helps parents develop skills in child development, communicate more effectively, and resolve conflict in non-violent ways. They aim to help break the cycle of trauma while working with children and their families to strengthen family relationships.
