QUALITY CARE CAMPAIGN | ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION OF NORTHEASTERN NEW YORK
Provides monthly education and training programs for individuals, families and care partners. Offered are a basic overview of Alzheimer's disease, an intense six-week education and support program for person who are newly diagnosed and their care partner, numerous workshops for families, monthly forums and three regional conferences as well as other topic-specific programs.
