Transportation - Community Missions

Provides transportation for adults with Severe Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) within Niagara County to day programs, medical or rehabilitation appointments, and services. Program operates in Niagara Falls, Lockport, and North Tonawanda areas. In addition to individual appointments, daily routes are established for transporting to and from CMI community support program sites.
