PREVENTION EDUCATION - CVAC | CRIME VICTIMS ASSISTANCE CENTER

Offers education for k-12 school children, teachers, and parents. Teaches children about their rights to be safe, strong, and free. Successful strategies for personal safety demonstrated using simple role-plays, regarding bullying, internet safety internet safety, stranger danger, and known perpetrators. Can provide education that fulfills NYS Erin's Law Requirements

Safe, welcoming environment for people who have been a victim of, or affected by, crime. Provides free counseling to survivors as well as a 24 hour crisis line and advocacy program. Educates community members and provides care with compassion.
