* Offers a voluntary alternative to the traditional court process for early offenders through the Pre-Trial Diversion Program. Reduction of or dismissal of criminal charge upon successful completion of the three-six month coordinated counseling program. * Provides an alternative to money bail through the Pre-Trial Release Program. Inmates interviewed at the County jail during the five work days. Information verified and provided to the judge for their release decision. Clients are notified of court appearances. Monitored on a weekly basis and referred to supportive services.
