Description
Provides an alternative program for adults 18 and over who have a primary diagnosis of developmental disability and eligible for OPWDD services. There is a special focus on community integration which is directed by the participants in the program. Participants engage in various sessions, workshops, outreach projects and community outings; working on individual goals and routines to enhance their quality of life.

RISE LIFE SERVICES
Provides residential services for adults with mental disabilities including developmental and psychiatric disabilities. Also serves individuals who are dually diagnosed with mental illness and mental retardation (MI/MR). Residences are certified by New York Office of Mental Health,New York State Office of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities and New York State.
