Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to town residents. Licensing and permits include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Other services include maintaining town records and archives.

All property tax bills are issued from the St. Lawrence County Treasurer's office. Town/County taxes for residents of the Town of Stockholm can be collected by this office from January through May 31st.

After May 31st all paperwork goes to the Saint Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.
