Description
Provides students with a broad-based, hands-on education geared towards obtaining employment in the field of interior design. Emphasis is placed on developing conceptual, technical, and communication skills and building industry relationships. Sample Course offerings include: Intro. to Interior Design Studio I; History of Furnishings and Design; Color for Home Furnishings and Design; Graphics; Drawing I; Interior Lighting Design; Resources and Materials; Design Studio II; Presentation Techniques for Interior Designers; Professional Practices and Business Techniques and Introduction to CAD and Code.
