Public benefit corporation of the State of New York authorized to help nonprofit and qualified business to relocate, expand and build in the City of Glen Cove. The Agency is authorized to assist in the acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, improving, maintaining, equipping and furnishing industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, commmercial, research, educational or cultural facilities, in the City of Glen Cove.
