* Provides support services for families. Services include:Family Access and Connection Team(FACT) - engages with families of children and youth with high needs to set goals and work through challenges. Short term intervention including assessments and making referrals to service providersYouth and Family Partnership(YFP) - Creates individualized plans that allow youth and family to develop strategies and supports to address and manage challengesFamily Voice - Assists families of children with mental, emotional, and behavioral problems. Family support includes individual support and Family Voice meetings
