No fee for services.
Eligibility
$65,000 or less with dependents, $35,000 or less without dependents; worked & lived only in NYS but not in NYC; no rental property income; no sale of stocks, bonds, etc. If self-employed, no reported loss, no employees and business expenses under $35,000.
