Description
Provides services to individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries to assist them in gaining and maintaining services and supports.
Services include securing of clinical and family support services, benefit and entitlement assistance, monitoring of program and service quality, helps with educational opportunities, home and vehicle modification, purchase of adaptive equipment, scheduling of respite and recreational opportunities, community integration, residential placement, advocacy, and development of individualized plans. Offers respite and support to parents and other families members related to the individual with the developmental disability.
