Application process
Applications accepted by phone and in person, by walk-in or appointment. Clients must bring with them or drop off: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days; this includes Food Stamp Budget Sheet. 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages. 3. Social Security numbers for all household members (1 year and older). 4. Picture ID for the person making the application. 5. Proof of current address. Method of notification of pickup for parents: Eligible parents/guardians will be verified and contacted by Resource Council staff to confirm their participation in the program. Each parent/guardian will be provided with a scheduled date and time to pick up toys in accordance with CDC regulations and social distancing guidelines.
