Assistance may also be available to income qualified homeowners to make home repairs. Operates 52 rental units for modest income families. Also provides outreach, including foreclosure counseling.

Eligibility

Must be owner-occupied, primary residence, have homeowner's insurance, up-to-date mortgage and taxes paid, and reside in Schuyler and Yates counties. (Mobile homes may be eligible depending on funding source.)
